nothing gets buried

the quote you asked for on Monday is not under forty newsletters. mail sent to your assistant has its own place, and it is waiting for you about a minute after it arrives.

one conversation, one place

the first mail, the reply, the reply to the reply. they sit together under one name, so you open it and the whole story is there.

the file is with the mail

the quote, the invoice, the price list. open the mail and the file is right there with it.

nothing goes out in your name

your assistant keeps your mail for you. it does not reply for you. you read it, you answer.
